    This was our second order from Honest Supplies and we are happy with it. Ordering on line was straight forward and the order was very quickly organised and dispatched. The delivery was also quick, courteous and efficient. I think one of your perforating machines is giving you a little trouble but assume this will be rectified in due course.       When we say they are longer, it is compared to supermarket rolls, where we squeeze on almost double the amount of sheet for every roll!

    The paper is very good for its purpose.
    The cardboard tube is too large. The 24 rolls don’t appear to be equivalent to 40 rolls by any means. Each roll gets used up very quickly.

    I am very impressed with the toilet rolls, especially as they were as white as they were !
    I have been buying bamboo toilet rolls for over a year but as they were not made in the U.K. I decided to change to Honest Supplies and buy recycled, UK made instead. They are strong and virtually white. They are a little rougher than the bamboo paper but that only took a few days to get used to.
    Very very pleased overall and would recommend.

    These were a big disappointment, I had switched from bamboo products to try and be even greener and save the transport from China. I could have just been unlucky I suppose, but almost every roll was poorly terminated, straggly bits at the ends, some of the rolls looked as though they were not cut parallel and on some rolls the sheets did not tear as expected. The product worked to a point, but aesthetically poor. I shall not be using it again, but at least I tried.

    Only 2ply was available when I ordered and would get 3ply next time, but otherwise great stuff.
    Only thing is how big the cardboard middle is – surely you would get more on a roll or be able to have the same number of sheets in a smaller space if you used narrower cardboard rolls? That would feel more sustainable.

Have used other eco, recycled brands at friends and family’s houses but wasn’t happy with the thinness of them, and they always seemed to break apart in the hands. So after lots of research I decided to go with honest supplies as they’re one of the few companies that offer a quilted. Of course it’s not as, fluffy as the fancy brand but I wasn’t expecting it to be and I don’t need to use more sheets than I used to which I am pleased about. Will absolutely be buying again when these run out.

    Pretty good! Love the product, but a bit inconsistent quality – some of the rolls have wonky layers, so are more like 2-ply or 1-ply in places.
